Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan)

James "Bucky" Barnes was revived by the Russians when they found Bucky's cold-preserved body with his left arm missing after having his plane shot down. Russian scientists attached a bionic arm and he was then programmed to be a Soviet assassin for Department X – under the code name the Winter Soldier.
